Dr. Heather Hamilton is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst College of Nursing. Her research on Cardiovascular health and the use of telehealth to improve patient outcomes. She is the former Director of the Simulation lab at UMass Amherst, while in that role, she successfully piloted the integration of Telehealth into the undergraduate curriculum. She uses Telehealth in her courses and is currently working on advancing the science of Telehealth in nursing.
