Sarah has worked in health care management, strategy and planning for ten years. She has been a part of The University of Vermont Health Network’s Telehealth team since January, 2018, which has allowed her to fulfill her passion by collaborating with care teams around the region to create and implement programs to allow them to care for their patients in a more convenient and creative way. Her previous roles include Business Planning Consultant, Training Development Specialist, Practice Manager, Epic Ambulatory Project Supervisor and Radiologic Technologist. Sarah holds an MBA, a BS in professional studies and an AS in Radiography, all from Champlain College, in Burlington, VT.
